My first five prints went up on Amazon.com last night, priced from $32 - $200. Four watercolor, one mixed media (watercolor/digital). I have another set of five going up in about a week. I copied this page and included the pics because they don't look that great at Amazon with the compression they're using.

My first giclée

This Spring I will begin selling signed and numbered giclée prints of my watercolors and some of my digital format work.

Giclée (zhee-CLAY) is a high-resolution, high-fidelity art reproduction process that uses eight or more inks for truer color matching and smoother gradients than the four-color CMYK lithographic printing process.

I have proofs for about ten of my works, but I went ahead and produced a limited edition small format print just to see what the whole thing would be like.

My first is a watercolor, Girl by the Sea, a signed and numbered edition of 250, 12 x 3.75 inches (304 x 95.25 mm) on archival paper (Hahnemühle Natural Art 216 g/m²). Paper dimensions: 13.25 x 6 inches Contact me at chrishoward.author@gmail.com if you want to find out more.
