Depressing...

Realms of Fantasy is going away after the April issue. I just sub'd a story there a week ago or so, and I'm going to take a wild guess that it's not coming back. Really sad news.

Storyboarding There was a question at the "aspiring writers" panel at Vericon last Saturday about making time to write, and for part of my answer I told them that I was lucky to be able to write at lunch. Not every day, but almost, and I write with another SF and fantasy author, Skott Klebe. We're not always that productive, but when we're not writing, we're usually critiquing, talking about plotting and other writing processes, and about one day out of the week I'll spend the hour drawing--usually ideas for the next installment of Saltwater Witch. That's what I did today....
